Returns & Exchanges
We are happy to exchange or refund any pair of Hobes that were purchased at full price, and that are unworn and have not been altered, within 14 days of the purchase date. Items must be returned in their original packaging. After 30 days of order dispatch or if the above criteria has not been met, all sales are final. All final sale items are non-refundable nor exchangeable.
For international customers, we are unable to offer exchanges on orders, only returns. For any exchanges, the item will need to be returned for a refund, and a replacement will need to be purchased as a new order through our online store.
To initiate an exchange or return your purchase, please fill out the online form below to obtain a Return Authorisation code. We are unable accept returns or exchanges without a RA code. Please follow the instructions provided on the form and return your Hobes along with your completed return slip (included in your parcel) to:

Exchanges will be processed on the same day as the return product is received. Refunds will be credited to the purchaser’s original payment method once returned item/s have been received.
Please note the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping and we cannot accept liability for an item until it has been received by us, so please keep a record of your tracking number for proof of delivery. We are able to send you one exchange on any full price item at no cost, but any additional exchanges will be charged $9 AUD for shipping / handling.
